mcknneyjustice
I am doing a project called Adopt-An-Element. Part of the project is to create an advertisement for my element which includes the elements name, symbol, atomic number and mass, cost and an advertising slogan that describes one or more of it's important uses. I am having trouble coming up with an advertising slogan for my element, Chromium. Any ideas?

mcknneyjustice
It got its name from the Greek word "Chroma" which means "color".
John Cuthber
Indeed. There are chromium compounds in every colour of the rainbow and it's also the mirror finish on a lot of metal objects. Is that anything of an inspiration?
Enthalpy
http://www.webelements.com/chromium/ and it's the most common and useful alloying element to harden steel (besides carbon, silicon, manganese present in "unalloyed" steel).
