I usually got an melting curve with multipeak. Can anyone tell me what is the exact cause for this

Usually means multiple products.

If the Tm is around 75C, it's primer dimer... compare to your NTCs. If it is higher in Tm, mis-priming due to poor primer design. Increase annealing Ta or redesign primers.
