As you may know, PHOLEDs, which is short form for PHosphorescent Organic Light Emitting Diodes, can convert up to 100% of electricity into white light. Would it be possible to run the reaction in reverse, like in a solar cell, so that up to 100% of white light is converted into electricity?

I'm not that familiar with them, but I see that they use a "forbidden" transition as part of the fluorescence. I think that doesn't reverse well for using this as a solar collector. You can wait for the transition to emit and you still get light, but if you have to wait for it to absorb, you're wasting photons.

What I meant was, would it be possible to construct a device which would convert up to 100% of white light into electricity, similar to a solar cell, however would not use the exact same principle as a PHOLED?

Nope, they can't.
