swansont Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 The Steady State theory also predicts a Cosmic Microwave Background. What the the Big Bang theorists do, is add an adjective - "residual". By doing that, they "beg the question", in the proper sense of that expression. But who realises that nowadays? ! Moderator Note The CMB and its inclusion in steady-state is not the subject of this thread, though. Please stay on-topic (which would include using means other than this thread to complain about a modnote, if one were compelled to complain about a modnote)
David Levy Posted May 15, 2013 Author Posted May 15, 2013 (edited) Hello Imatfaal. It's quite clear that the Elite Scientists believe in the Big Bang Theory. They are so good believers (Especially ACG...) that they reject any heretical thoughts that there is even a small chance that the big bang had never happened... Unfortunately, the big bang theory is full of black holes. It can't explain and sustain (by itself) the current shape of the universe. Therefore, so many people (including myself) wonder if this is a correct theory. It was even difficult for the science to explain why we have to trust this theory. Therefore, new supportive theories had been invented to close the gap. Never the less, at this phase let's abandon any new theory and try to focus only on one issue - "Star age Measurements". This is critical element for any theory. This is a key element for confirming or rejecting the Big bang theory. Therefore, I was quite surprise to find that this key measurement is actually based on the Big Bang theory. Based on Wiki it is stated: "The metallicity of an astronomical object may provide an indication of its age. When the universe first formed, according to the Big Bang theory, it consisted almost entirely of hydrogen which, through primordial nucleosynthesis, created a sizeable proportion of helium and only trace amounts of lithium and beryllium and no heavier elements. Therefore, older stars have lower metallicities than younger stars such as our Sun." So, the science is measuring the star age based on the fundamental Idea of the Big bang. With those results of the star age they are coming back and reconfirm the Big bang theory. This is absolutely radicals and contradicts any basic common sense. It is clear that without the big bang theory, the Science could develop some other method for Star age measurements. Why no one try to think out of the BIG BANG box??? Why no one try to think out of the BIG BANG box??? There is nothing keeping people from thinking outside the proverbial box. The problem is that there is this constraint that any model you come up with has to fit with all of the data we've collected. Problem is, that's not happening. From what we can see one might hypothesize that people are too busy playing the persecution card to do any real science "outside the box". 1
