Help!! I'm addicted to the Science Forums network! I should be doing my homework, but instead I surf the message boards. When no one's posting, I surf the web, and keep checking back. Should I get a life, or what!

Don't worry. I used to be like that, and I got 25 posts a day. After about a thousand posts I quieted down; now I only post 5 per day.

Dont worry, 'brother', i go through addiction stages. I have been through about 4 one month stints. (spearated by abiout 4 of little posting).

 

And yes my HW was not done either.

I read alot but only post very infrequently, I tend to only post when I actually have something constructive to say and actually think through what I've written before actually hitting post.

 

That way I end up writeing alot of posts and then deleteing them, hence I'm NOT addicted

Same here, I read tons but rarely post unless I'm SURE I know what I'm talking about, hence my extremely low post rate despite being and active visitor...
