Can we get a rate down button so that information that is clearly unsubstantiated can be labeled for what it is?

I am, as I sometimes visit the forum on my phone when I'm at work. However, I have to click the "full version" at the bottom if I want to give away rep points, as they aren't there in the mobile version.
