ahmedmoon Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 Hi I have this ideal gas rule Pv =nRT If we have p in kpa and m in mole Is sould to convert mole to kilo mole ??
EdEarl Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 Units must be the same on both sides of the equation. I use this page for conversions: http://www.onlineconversion.com/pressure.htm But, sometimes I must look in Wikipedia to know the units (e.g, Pa units). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pascal_%28unit%29
daniton Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 That is not necessary and depends on what you want to get , but if you want you can.The basic thing behind unit convention is that use SI units not be confused and more importantly agreement of units And another thing kilo mole is not common to use its better just to change KPa into Pa.
