There has been improvements in simplicity, reliability, functionality, durability and efficiency in mechanics, hydraulics, architecture, engineering... from early designs from past years.
What parts, joints, geometry, dimensions, efficiency, design in the human body would you like to see improved ?

"Already perfect" hardly seems the right term for something with a 100% failure rate if measured over 125 years.

It seems to me that if EdEarl's requiremnt is met then Pwagen's will be addressed.

How about the eye as a candidate for improvement?

A good fraction of us need glasses and that's before we start on the problem of people with real impairment of vision.

As things stand, we seem to be working on the wrong problems as reported in this joke.

There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra today than on Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2040, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.

Longer arms to scratch your back, a prehensile tail to grab the door knob while having your hands full, fur so that mosquitoes don't bite you, a way to find your food without working.smile.png

Perfection is elsewhere.

Hello

The female pelvis, ask a woman!

The back needs a complete remake, mine hurts all the time

Improved? How about our waste excretion plumbing not be so close to and intermingled with our reproductive pleasure party bits?

Evolution for some reason has cleared away the hair on top of my head, was this for some type of improvement that I am at a loss to know of.

Because true bipeds like us are fairly rare The general evolution of the spine isn't overly suited to the strain, thus back injuries being one of the top causes of work absences.

The best improvement would be better lower lumbar support

A tail would definitely help with a lot of things.

Fur would reduce the need for clothing, and we could be a combination of warm blooded and cold blooded, producing our own heat, but are comfortable in warm temperatures too.

A lot of things can be improved.
