I need help converting a concentration of ug/ml to moles (pmoles, umoles...)

 

Stock solution of protein: 425 ug/ml

 

MW: 100 kDa

 

need to know how big a vol. (ul) to inject 10 umoles in total!

This is in homework help so I hope yopu are not planning to actually inject anything until you are able to cope with the relevant calculation.

I am assisting you by telling you the main principle..you have to solve it yourself

To convert micro gram per milli liter in to moles first convert microgram into gram and milli liter into liter and at the end divide it with molar mass.
