G Bronson Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 Hi. I need to think up an experment to run in a research forest using either pressure guage, or using an infrared camera with which to infer air temperature via IR radiation off of foliage. The professor gave me the example of a student using a CO2 tester next to foliage, using the hypothesis that there would be less CO2 during the day because of photosynthesis. Sounds simple right? But I am super lost. I bought an atmospheric science textbook for this, but am just not comming up with anything; so here I am as a last resort as my deadline is approaching. I don't know if this is the right place for this, I cross posted (sorry!) this somewhere else but didn't get any responses and thought it might have been the wrong forum. If anyone can give me any push in the right direction I'd super appreciate it.
Janus Sunaj Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 You are to use either a pressure gauge (atmospheric?) or else an IR camera, but not both? The details are unclear, sorry.
