bemanos Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 so ,i saw that some universities there will accept applications the winter before you go there(if accepted) .The thing is that i am finishing my degree in june (i give the last exams) ,so i will not have a degree before the appilication deadline.Should i wait another whole year?! Also , they require that i have taken the GRE exams, so i guess that i have to do that before the end of my bachelors degree
EdEarl Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 (edited) AFAIK you can begin taking university classes at the beginning of any semester. Check with the registrar when you apply for entrance into a university. The only limitation will be whether they offer classes you are qualified to take because of prerequisites. If you enter a large university, there will almost certainly be classes offered that you can take. If you are entering a PhD program, the above may not apply. Edited July 28, 2013 by EdEarl
overtone Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 (edited) The question you are asking is not about the country USA, but about the particular school. There are graduate schools in the US that do not requre the GRE at all, for example. They vary a lot. Ask your questions of each one of the individual university or universities you are interested in, as soon as you can. Edited July 29, 2013 by overtone
DeborahR Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Almost every single university in US has an international student advisor that you can talk to about the university and any question or concerns that you may have. They can also help you with the application process and can connect you with other students who attend university and he can tell you it's experience. University requirements will differ depending on which university you attend. You can get much of infos that you will need on the university’s website.. Maybe this might help you more than our replies : http://www.studying-in-us.org/application-process/
