too-open-minded Posted August 26, 2013 Share Posted August 26, 2013 So my girlfriend thinks aliens did this to screw with us http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_rain_in_Kerala Anyways from what I get is that although unlikely, this algae was reproducing during rainfalls and spores got into the atmosphere.
