Complete Combustion of Hexane is: 2(C6H14) + 19O2 12CO2 + 14H2O + Energy

Incomplete Combustion of Hexane is: C6H14 + 5O2 CO2 + CO + 4C + 7H2O

Compete combustion of Heptane would yield CO2but incomplete would yield CO.So Heptane and oxygen would give carbon monoxide and water in combustion reaction.
