I don't want to ask them to move it, I don't want to push it, and I also don't want to hijack it. Instead, I will use a magnet. I want to figure out how big this magnet needs to be. If you don't intend to touch the car you are not going to be able to move it at all. IMHO your only route is a junkyard magnet crane.
