Am I the only one? Mind experiment, observer not trapped in space/time

Has anyone ever considered what the universe would look like to an observer that was not trapped in space/time?

Try this:

Picture two balloons at some distance apart inflating at an accelerating rate, one observer is receding at the same accelerating rate the other is stationary. What can we say about their observations?

To assume we can exist beyond the universe and spacetime would require that we suspend the rules of physics. Once we suspend the rules of physics, we can say anything we want about our possible observations. For that reason, I'm going with cotton candy co-eds surfing on a chocolate lake.

A multiverse would appear as a bubble in a multi times multiverse therefore our universe would seem as if it actually never exist from that point of observation since not even the brightest of the scientist/minds could provide us with a blueprint instead of their assumptions, it could be said that "everything which exist is 'nothingness' and 'nothingness' is existence".
