Raghav Dua
Why is Tapatalk not activated on scienceforums.net ? I know that developing an app can be costly and more complex, but please activate Tapatalk so that users can communicate with scienceforums.net community on the go. CaptainPanic
I may live under a rock, but I have never heard of Tapatalk. What is it, and why should the volunteers who run this forum spend their time to get this up and running? Also, to my knowledge, you can visit this forum through a smart phone without problems. It is very surprising that you have not heard of Tapatalk It is very famous among those who use web forums. Tapatalk is an application to allow access to internet Forums on mobile devices The application was originally design for Android but now also supports iOS and Windows Phone. Tapatalk allows the user to have a unified interface to access multiple forums at the same time. The difference between visiting this(or any) forum on a mobile browser and on tapatalk is 1)One need not login every time one visits the forum 2)This app notifies when a reply or message comes 3)You can save logins of multiple forum in Tapatalk Give it a try [3 Commercial links removed by moderator] Edited November 12, 2013 by CaptainPanic No need for commercial links to an app store. CaptainPanic
! Moderator Note I'm temporarily closing this thread for a review. We just want to make sure this is not a commercial spammer trying to plug a product. If I am really living under a rock, and just missed the latest major development in web forums, I apologise (but since online reviews are pretty divided about this product's quality, I don't think this is the next big thing). My main reason for closing the thread is that the 2nd post seemed a little too commercial (3 links to the app store). I've reported this to be reviewed by other moderators. The final decision about this thread will not be my decision alone. [edit / update] Thread was reviewed by 4 moderators, and will remain closed. Thread Closed.
