Has anyone looked at the moon at 600X?

No but im also interested in making a homemade telescope.Anyone with ideas how i can construct one out of household materials,or relatively cheaply(under £50)

with a magnification between 100-600x

This should give you all the info you need but getting the optics you need for the money might be hard.
