A TALEN typically binds to 19 nucleotides. You want to create a TALEN that binds to the 19 nucleotide sequence given below. The first nucleotide is always a “T” and is bound by the invariant repeat unit “0” of TALEN. Give the variable amino acids for TALEN protein DNA-­‐ binding domain repeats 1 to 17.5 that will bind to nucleotides 2 to 19 of the DNA sequence given below: http://oi39.tinypic.com/102p40h.jpg
