Wheeler, introduced it as a possible idea ? Is it still possible ? Particularly to help with (the Quantum - Gravity Mismatch),

And / Or. To clarify things generally as to the NATURE of SPACE.

Surely the maths formulae already exist by way of maxwell equations of electro magnetism. Similarly newtons formulae for gravity and Einstein general relativity equations are in existence . Can these not be used by an able bodied mathematician or more likely a computer programme to display pictorially the combined fields surrounding matter. Surely this has been done already.

Yes it's been done already, at least the solutions that correspond to what's been experimentally confirmed have been done, i.e we have an atomic model using the known electrostatic and magnetic values.

What hasn't been done is anything involving a "geon" because that's made up based on no experimental evidence or theoretical underpinnings.

Well, if the write up in WIKI is correct, nobody will ever be able to tell if they exist, so they are not science.

"This idea continues to attract some attention among physicists, but in the absence of a viable theory of quantum gravity, the accuracy of this speculative idea cannot be tested. "

It's hard to see how that could clarify anything about the nature of space (even if you use CAPITAL LETTERS).

Quantum gravity[Loop quantum gravity (LQG) is a theory that attempts to describe the quantum properties of gravity. It is also a theory of quantum space and quantum time, because, according to general relativity, the geometry ofspacetime is a manifestation of gravity. LQG is an attempt to merge and adapt standard quantum mechanicsand standard general relativity. The main output of the theory is a physical picture of space where space is granular. The granularity is a direct consequence of the quantization. It has the same nature of the granularity of the photons in the quantum theory of electromagnetism or the discrete levels of the energy of the atoms. But here, it is space itself which is discrete.
Is there no way to combine these images of Gravity distortion with Electro-Magnetic Traces.? ,
A) The way a particle would circle around the distortion, caused by the mass ,
B the way a particle will move in electrical and magnetic fields in the LHC detectors
I know these are at different scales but in principle the shape of the gravity field would be similar at small scale , say around an atom scale mass ? Would it not ?
I think Frank Wilczec had a go and called it " the Grid "( after his nobel Prize for Asymtotic Freedom )
May be these are the images or some of them taken from his book " lightness of Being "
