Is it possible to create super-density like a black hole or neutron star in a particle accelerator for even an iota of time like a femtosecond?

And what are its long term implications?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

Identify the principle, please.

Achieving sufficiently high energy and density, I suppose. A lot of analysis was done when the LHC was built (mainly in response to fear mongering, I think, rather than because it was thought a likely possibility).

From the linked paper:

One of the exciting predictions of theoretical models with extra spatial dimensions and low-
scale quantum gravity is the possibility of copious production of microscopic black holes in
particle collisions at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) [1, 2].
