i think silver and aluminum can reflect electronic wave. but is it possible to make a device reflecting electronic wave or micro wave? it must be big range.

I think what you mean here s electromagnetic wave, of which microwaves are one type. Most metals will reflect EM waves with some efficiency, at least below the UV range (above that and you will start to get significant absorption), but it will depend on the material and the wavelength range.

Shape is important as well as material in reflecting microwaves. Many parabolic microwave antennas are fiberglass for example.
