It regulates an illegal civil battery that is used for law enforcement purposes. What type of physics do you think are involved, mechanically to operate the electro-magnetic field, affecting the pineal gland of the brain for the battery to operate? What machine is used? I am curious about this machine I would post some URL in this forum but I have trouble pasting. The URLs would contain the article for Iowa Law Review for the regulation of law enforcement and military. The article Blue by Day and White by Knight: Regulating the Political Affiliations of Law Enforcement & Military Personnel by Robin Barnes in the Iowa Law Review - which is paywalled - concerns hate-crime and authority inaction, tolerance, or condonation. From reading around it I guess it is about the infiltration of the police (the Blue) by the neo-nazi supremicists (the White) and the Klu Klux Klan (the Knight).
