One you have made ten posts, yes. We don't allow signature edits before then to avoid spam.

From the rules: "We don't mind if you put a link to your noncommercial site (e.g. a blog) in your signature and/or profile, but don't go around making threads to advertise it."

 

So, ANY link? No. Not if you're advertising or selling something there. But you can put your blog, twitter handle, etc there.
