Guest Zauberberg Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 Internet search about EU and USA standards for refinery tankfarm max. allowable emissions (from gasolines, BTX and cracked products storage tanks) doesn't show any specific results. Are there any regulations which are dealing with this specific subject? I hope someone can help me to find them, or tell me more about where can I make further inquiries. Have a nice day, Zauberberg
coquina Posted February 26, 2005 Posted February 26, 2005 Googled "refinery tank storage regulation" and got the following: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=refinery+tank+storage+regulation The top site is regs for the UK. I gave you the whole page so you can check out others. In the US, the regulating body would be the Environmental Protection Agency - to my amazement, they have an Office of Underground Storage Tanks - OUST for short, cute what??? http://www.epa.gov/swerust1/ Hope this helps.
Guest Zauberberg Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Thanks, Sandi I've sent an e-mail to Environment agency; hope there'll be some positive results. Thanks again for Your kindness.
