Gram stain help please

This is my first gram stain I am in the process of writing up what I have found but I can see purple and red on the same species. This was taken from a yogurt and should be gram +ve. Is there too much on there or culture too old and its variable?

 

Sorry its not a good quality picture and any help is appreciated.
