Robertmg Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 (edited) Hello everyone, In our lab we have been attempting to cleave FCP1 protein from its GST tag by using TEV protease. So far, several batches of TEV protease have been tried, but we have not gotten a significant amount of FCP1. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or ideas for alternative methods for cleaving FCP1 from its GST tag that have produced good results. Thanks for any ideas.
