How do I show the rightarrow sign?

If you have Windows you can open Character Map.

Go to → All Programs → Accessories → System Tools → Character Map

Then choose the Font Set you want (Arial has a right arrow; not all sets do). scroll to the Right Arrow, click on it, click on Select, click on Copy. Now it's on your Clipboard and you can paste it into the text editor. You can resize it there if you want a bigger arrow. →
