fiveworlds
i'm nearly 21 and realistically speaking here i'll still be studying when i'm 26-27. But to me that seems like most of the best of my life is spent in a classroom.

iNow
You just need a change in perspective. You own how you feel and what you do (minus a few biological predispositions that set outer limits). Consider going and doing something nice for someone today. That usually makes people feel better, including the other person being helped! Or... If you're merely feeling old. Take a nap. You'll feel better when you wake up.
Phi for All
In your frame of reference, you're the oldest you've ever been. That will never change. As iNow suggested, it's a perspective thing. You need to take a look at someone much older as a contrast to the age you are. I think your title isn't right. I could be wrong, but it's not age you're feeling, it's frustration with your education. You claim "most of the best of [your] life is spent in a classroom". When do you think it would be better to study? When you're 40? You obviously don't think studying is using the best of your life effectively. What should you be doing with the best of your life? I don't think this is a biology topic.
John Cuthber
"i'm nearly 21 and realistically speaking here i'll still be studying when i'm 26-27. You are currently in the easy bit so enjoy it while you can. To be fair, most of your life so far has pretty much revolved round education so it's no wonder you see it as a bit invasive. It goes with the territory of being the best educated species on the planet.
CaptainPanic
Don't worry, when you are 27 years old, you are still green as grass, with very little experience in life, work or love. You may think you're old, and you may think you're quite a somebody by then, but you're not. That takes another couple of decades. Enjoy the fact that you can study until that age. Being a student has some huge advantages: you have lots of time, and you are very flexible with time. Use that freedom. Work, responsibility and all the other problems of life will come later.
