petrushka.googol Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Humans (and other mammals) have a four-chambered heart that beats more than 2 billion times during the average lifespan. Could this organ have been more efficient ? And what if we had a 3 chambered heart ? Please advise.
Delta1212 Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 As an open-ended problem? Yeah, there's probably some way it could be more efficient.
