reverse Posted March 10, 2005 Posted March 10, 2005 eelictricity travels from point A to point B. Electricity also makes heart of animals pump at a pulsed rate. When heart is mugged by large electric field heart can not pump. no 02 - no life. Muscles in limbs trigger on electricity. when muscles are mugged by large electric field they contract and can stop breathing etc. Electricity can travel in some substances (conductors) and not in others (insulators) If eelectricity can not get to organs because they are insulated or are not situated between point A and B then, there will be no eelectrocution.
