Mitch Bass Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 THE more intrigued you are the more chance I will invite you to help me wih production I give codes to participants if no one cracks the Code clues are given G.O.D. first clue all valueABLE and pressure
Dekan Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 This is intriguing. The use of "pressure" in the clue, instantly evokes "BAR " - the unit of pressure. And G. O .D is only one letter short of GOLD. So one's thoughts are ineluctably led to "GOLD BAR". Which is, obviously, valuable. However, the clue says - "all valuable" . Thus implying more than one valuable entity in the code G. O. D. Could these be GOLD, OIL, DOLLARS? To support this suggestion, both Oil and Dollars frequently come under pressure, market- pricewise. Bar Gold - which is ABLE to keep its value more reliably. Am I on the right track? 1
Strange Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Are the spelling errors and random capitalization part of the clue? Or just random errors? 1
Dekan Posted November 26, 2014 Posted November 26, 2014 (edited) The errors seem more likely simple typos, than sophisticated bits of the clue. The clue itself contains just two pointers "all valuable" and "pressure". These might be resolved into "Gold" "Oil" "Dollars", as suggested in my previous post. Though "Dollars" could better be replaced by "Diamonds". Because "Diamonds", like "Oil", are formed under pressure within the Earth's crust. However - Gold isn't. So that knocks that suggestion out Unless one wanted to claim, that Gold also formed under "pressure" - ie the pressure of supernova explosions in the early Universe. But that'd be unsatisfactory, for two reasons: 1. The supernovae created all the elements heavier than Iron, not just Gold. So there'd be no uniqueness in the clue. 2. Such an explanation seems far too recondite for a TV Game Show. To pursue this topic further, we urgently need further input and data from the OP! Edited November 26, 2014 by Dekan
Mitch Bass Posted May 20, 2015 Author Posted May 20, 2015 i've been a way for awhile and now the gameshow is my main priorotity. Let me start with a fresh code. W.B.W. first clue B.R.B. -2
Spyman Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 IMHO it would be better to start with proper answers to questions raised since your last visit. 3
Phi for All Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 i've been a way for awhile and now the gameshow is my main priorotity. Let me start with a fresh code. LOL! It's clear you don't understand puzzle folk. Enthusiasm is hard to keep burning when you douse it with cold water like this.
Mitch Bass Posted May 22, 2015 Author Posted May 22, 2015 (edited) Had i known people still cared about the first code i would have started with the reality that one person cracked the code. This being said the first clue to the code was not properly worded and was two contain the idea that the last two out of three words were a result of pressure...The first word and third word are considered by humans materials to be adorned, the second word "makes cars go"... All three considered amongst the highest valued items. So to continue where i left off so many months ago...G.O.D. is the code and now you have my clues to cracking the code worded as they were supposed to have neen worded. I apoligize painfully for messing up the way in which i worded the clues in the first place. As far as knowing puzzle folk ...i consider myself within this group although perhaps also a " renegade from the human race" i am so maybe i am an atypical puzzle enthusiast and perhaps i dont know puzzle folk as well as i would have guessed considering "solving puzzles" is essentially what I "do" for a "living". This being said, when i think about it, i whole heartedly agree with the responses to my saying to start with a fresh code. Phi for All thank you for reminding me that a true puzzle enthusiast would rather me clear up the broken clues than begin with a new code. Simple code inspired by you. P4A But if there are really puzzle enthusiasts let me perhaps throw out a few codes with the knowledge that i will be quick to respond to any "attempts" swiftly at least for the next three months five days and sixteen hours , more or less R.A.D./S.A.D. This is one code to be cracked First clue...incorporating R.A.D. and understanding S.A.D. are both almost always vital to any corporations potential sucesss. From pharmaceutical companies to toy manufactures to sellers of any and all things A code that might take months or maybe minutes to crack is: TTHCTWSTTOMT/OSOSOCWOCAK/AWTSIBHAWPHW First clue: TTHCTWS2TOMT/OSOSOCWOCAK/AWTSIBHAWPHW Another code : TDTHLATBOH Clue: ThDo2HeLiAtThBoOfHe Edited May 22, 2015 by Mitch Bass
