Hi,

Would someone be able to confirm or correct my understanding of cPKC regulation?

cPKCs bind DAG by their C1 binding domain, and bind Ca2+ by their C2 binding domain, and then (this is this bit I'm slightly unsure of), the Ca2+ bound C2 domain can then bind to phosphatidylserine. When all of the aforementioned interactions are satisfied, cPKCs are fully active?

Thanks
