bioarray123 Posted February 12, 2015 Posted February 12, 2015 FISH probes and Taqman probes are both called probes, but what's the differences between the two ?
CharonY Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 Do you know the how the respective techniques work? Think about what FISH stands for.
biomart Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Hi, of course they have different characteristics; Probes for FISH need to be at least 1 kb long, to hybridize and "highlight" the target chromosomal DNA (metaphase chromosomes or interphase nuclei). Hope this has done some help for you!
