Personal issues one way or the other - not on topic

In light of the report does anyone have ideas on more specific solutions to the problems plaguing Ferguson and similar areas?

@Overtone: I just want to say that, iNow is correct your posts do show a clear pattern of crankish behavior when a topic involving one of your hot button issues comes up. Please take this merely as constructive criticism from one who hopes you might engage in some introspection and not a personal attack.

Crankish behavior is not what Inow is asserting.

What he is asserting is dishonest on his part, based on misrepresentations and willful perversions of my posts, and there is a long history of him trolling my posts with the same basic bullshit. Which does make me cranky, and will eventually get me kicked off this forum, actually. Because the moderators share his, and your (?) viewpoint, which I found mildly astonishing - at first. One becomes accustomed.

Since it is a self-professed "science" forum, and the basic lack of intellectual integrity is so flagrant. These are the same people who mock creationists, and Fox News arguments, after all.

Well, look at from my point of view: I don't have any hot button issues here. Seriously. I've got no more interest in Ferguson's racist police department than I do in, say, the teaching of evolution in the high schools - much less, actually. The entire hot button take is an illusion - so mull that over, and when the implications have sunk in get back to me with "constructive criticism" that takes that into account. Edited by overtone
