My friend says that zeno's paradox of arrow could be right, and motion could be like like a camera taking photos in succession? that we just move from one 'NOW' to the next. Is it right? Does zeno paradoxes apply to reality?

TTBOMK we have no evidence that either time or space is quantised - ie they are continuous and there are no little jumps needed. Lots of very cutting edge hypotheses rely on quantised space or time - but at present these are very much just ideas

But the paradox is not like taking photos in succession, unless you typically cut the exposure in half with each shot. Who does that?
