Probably people know this I just was bored and wanted to document online what happened

 

I decided to pour a tea spoon of salt into a half a cup of royal soda immediately a emulsion began when it began soda again I stirred the soda a minor emulsion when I put a spoon in and pulled out foam with immediately became soda again in my opinion it is the CO² mixed with the Sodium please do correct me if I am wrong.

It sounds more like the salt caused the gas to come out of solution rapidly by providing sharp edges where nucleation can occur. You could test this by doing the same experiment with (clean, dry) sand. I suspect you will get a similar effect.
