Hi.

Reading about non-Joulian magnetostriction, would like to learn if quenched Fe_73.9–Ga_26.1makes sense in the alloys world.

What would be the 'normal' way to express the given proportions ? By weight, or volume or other ?

I would guess they were mole percent.
