jebus1969 Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Mods can delete the other post. Lets try these questions instead. What is the lowest possible ph of human urine? Are the kidneys capable of producing ultra low ph urine to help keep blood ph stable? To what degree can they do this? What mechanisms of acidosis could cause a urine ph of 4.1?
CharonY Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) Typically urine has a pH range of about 4.4-8. Low pH can have a lot of various sources, and if only for a short time not unusual. But aside from measurement errors drinking too much alcohol, or water loss (not drinking enough, diarrhea, sweating or other forms of dehydration), starvation and a umber of medical conditions can result in low urine pH. jamieoverton727 Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Normally pee has a pH scope of around 4.4-8. Low pH can have a considerable measure of different sources, and if for a brief while not uncommon. Be that as it may, beside estimation mistakes drinking an excess of liquor, or water misfortune (not sufficiently drinking, loose bowels, sweating or different types of lack of hydration), starvation and an umber of therapeutic conditions can bring about low pee pH.
