Biochemist96 Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 HiCan someone help with this question:Pyruvate kinase in liver cells is regulated by a mechanism that doesn't exist in muscle cells. Show (or describe) how this regulation takes placeThanks a lot !
Elite Engineer Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 Are you referring to gluconeogensis? All I remember is phosphoenolpyruvate is dephosphorylated into pyruvate. The exact regulation of PK I'm not sure.
