petrushka.googol Posted August 22, 2015 Posted August 22, 2015 What we see in dreams does not exist and yet we perceive entities as tangible in a dream state. Can we read a dream and is there clairvoyance associated with this extended reality ? What are the latest views on the subject ?
MonDie Posted August 22, 2015 Posted August 22, 2015 (edited) Nobody has been able to demonstrate clairvoyance. In theory everything you "see" is actually brain activity. I would ask whether dreams, like ordinary sensations, can also be an indirect conduit for other information. I don't know. Psychoanalysis is predicated on the idea of a subconscious. petrushka.googol Posted August 25, 2015 Author Posted August 25, 2015 As an extension to the OP, are dreams a "convoluted reality" ?
