swansont Posted April 2, 2005 Posted April 2, 2005 hyperphysics has some good explanations (go to the solid state section for super-and semiconductors) Eric Weisstein's world of physics also has some good explanations If you want a really thorough foundations, though, you'll need to go to the library and read books.
