captainvalent42 Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 Hello Science Forums! New user here! As a new user, I ask that anybody tell me when I go astray from the etiquette around here. So, the reason I came here was my interest in science, particularly the crossroads between chemistry and electricity. So I have been researching hydrogen fuel cells, and I am NOT here to talk about how they are the future or how they are a bust and a fad. I was hoping someone could explain the basic outline of how these machines work. Whether I get my answer or not, thanks for helping out!
GM11 Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Are you talking about true Hydrogen fuel vells or the HHO cells?
captainvalent42 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 I'm talking like a true, bare bones one. I just want to brush up on the basics behind it, such as the various components behind one. Basically, I would like to see how hard they are to build as a personal experiment. Thanks for responding!
