Also is there a way of emailing us when a post has been delted, because a few times i have thought that a post has been deleted, however i just posted it in a different thread that was similar. Dave Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 The reason we don't allow deletions is for those people that insist on posting things then going back and deleting everything after people don't agree with them (we've had a couple of instances). Also, I don't think vB supports e-mails upon deletion - we'd also be sending out a load of e-mails to people who post junk/advertise around here as well.
5614 Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 And because there's no automated system it'd take up mod/admin time which they can't be bothered to spend on you when they have to delete your posts because they are not suitable!!! (People have asked before and that's normally the standard response!)
