At age 48, Joe felt awkward about falling from his bicycle, especially without his helmet. After an initial recovery he felt like his urination frequency had increased and he was often thirsty. A physical exam revealed inadequate levels of ADH (vasopressin) in his system. What is the disease in this case, and how may it be resolved?
