Block A starts from rest and then starts moving up with a constant velocity of -4 m/s. At the same time, Block Bis moving down with velocity v_B = 2 m/s and has acceleration defined by a_B = -v_B. At t = 3 s, what is the velocity (including direction) of Block C? How much (and in what direction) has Block C moved?I'm really clueless about this problem

How can an acceleration equal (the negative of) a velocity?
