Extraction of Silver Fulminate?

I recently learned that inside of those "pop-its" there was about 0.8 milligrams of silver fulminate. This is my first thing on these forums so no judgement . I was wondering if i could somehow extract this silver fulminate. I dont know what i would use it for, maybe exploding arrows? (for targets not animals). I cant find the MSDS for solubility. If someone could tell me what it is soluble in i would really enjoy that.

I think it's probably impossible, and certainly very difficult.
