Silvia_84 Posted March 14, 2016 Posted March 14, 2016 Hi all, I have to prepare a stock solution of ciprofloxacin that is soluble in dilute aqueous acid. I did not understand what dilute aqueous acid is and how I prepare it. Can you give me some suggestions? Thank you in advance. Silvia
CharonY Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 (edited) Typically you get a HCl salt. In unbuffered water it will be acidic. If you have a different salt you may titrate it with an acid. Edited April 1, 2016 by CharonY
