KellyLyon Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 If you have a product that has a micro specification of <1000cfu/g and you perform dilutions on it. So 101, 102 and 103. Growth is exhibited at 101 as semi-confluent, but no growth is exhibited on the other 2 dilutions, would you 'ignore' the growth on the first plate as it could be a false positive, maybe one colony spread across the plate.... Thank you. I'm new to this
