Alfred001 Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 I've never watched the Marvel movies and am now curious about watching them. What I'm wondering about is, I've heard that maybe some of the collective movies like Avengers bring together threads from the previous movies. Is that right? Should I watch the movies in sequence because of that and what IS the sequence I should watch them in?
fiveworlds Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 I've heard that maybe some of the collective movies like Avengers bring together threads from the previous movies. Is that right? That's true. Should I watch the movies in sequence because of that and what IS the sequence I should watch them in? By date of publication. I've never watched the Marvel movies and am now curious about watching them. There is a lot of them and the movies tend to tie in with the TV shows.
swansont Posted May 7, 2016 Posted May 7, 2016 AFAIK they are in sequence, and have post-credit teasers about upcoming plots.
ydoaPs Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 There's some wrinkles (like most of Captain America 1 takes place during WWII), but they're essentially in order chronologically, though several of them take place over the course of the same week. 1
Alfred001 Posted May 15, 2016 Author Posted May 15, 2016 Is there some place where they are listed in chronological order so I don't have to google release dates for I don't know how many movies?
