Artesin
Im taking a comparative genomics class and working on an assignment where we have to find orthologs that are expressed in thaliana, which may give some insight into ESTs that are regulated in olives when infected by a fungus, specifically OLEST23. Genetics isn't my strong suit, but im required to do at least one module per year. If anyone is familiar with this database can you give me some insight how I might go about finding the ortholog?
